High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used for the identification and quantification of stevioside, rebaudioside A, rebaudioside B, rebaudioside C, rebaudioside D, rebaudioside F, dulcoside A, rubusoside, and steviolbioside following China National Standard GB 8270 − 2014. The contents of moisture and ash were determined according to the China National Standard; and the document numbers are GB/T 6435 − 2014, and GB/T 6438 − 2007, respectively
